What We Offer

Music Tuition

South West Music Regional Conservatorium provides quality music education and the opportunity for musicians to develop their performance and ensemble skills.
Music is an important part of every culture and is a shared activity. Students are offered individual lessons and are also encouraged to participate in ensemble or band lessons.

SWMRC currently provides lessons in Piano, Guitar, Double Bass, Mandolin, Ukulele, Banjo, Cello, Violin, Viola, Flute, Brass, Drum Kit, Percussion, Voice, Band, Classroom Music and Early Childhood Music.

Video Conference Lessons
South West Music is able to deliver music lessons to students via Video Conferencing. Video Conferencing is a powerful and effective medium for students who live in locations where there are no teachers available in their chosen instrument. Students can be linked to teaching staff in other Regional Conservatoriums. Please talk to the Administration Officer about Video Conference lessons.

Tuition in Schools

South West Music provides individual instrument tuition to students on school premises. The in-school lessons are provided where School Principals allow tutor access during class times. This arrangement is particularly convenient for students who live out of town.
