South West Music @ Deni Street Party

Meet the South West Music students who will be performing at this weekends "Street Party", Make sure you come along to support our talented artists.


1pm - 1:30pm Sophie and Jarrod Bashford - Accordion & Guitar

2pm - 2:30pm Isabel Pearn - Singing

3pm - 3:30pm Connor Clayton - Guitar

4pm - 4:30pm Sarah Duffey - Singing & Guitar




Sophie and Jarrod Bashford

Sophie & Jarrod - local sister & brother. Sophie (on acoustic guitar) and Jarrod (on 80 year old button accordion or piano accordion). Jarrod plays by ear, then Sophie follows on with guitar producing a unique local performance.






Isabel Pearn

Isabel Pearn started singing when she was six. Isabel is now 13 and goes to Deniliquin High School. This year she was awarded a music scholarship to South West Music and is very grateful for the all the opportunities South West Music have given her. Isable loves singing, playing guitar and performing. Isabel wants to turn this into a career.






Connor Clayton

Connor is a year 11 student at Deniliquin High School. Connor is a South West Music student and can proudly say has won two scholarships. Connor has been doing guitar lessons for over 4 years now and is becoming a seasoned performer for South West Music and within the community. He is a great example of an emerging artist.








Sarah Duffey

Sarah Duffey is a 13yo vocal artist from Deniliquin that has been developing her passion for music for many years. She enjoys playing guitar casually and writing and experimenting with music and vocal technique. She is the SWM Senior Vocal Scholarship recipient for 2022 and recently was awarded a Performing Arts Scholarship at Moama Anglican Grammar School where she now attends.
